William Kernochan

SENIOR VP, PORTFOLIO MANAGER

William Kernochan is Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Merchant Financial Group's Los Angeles Office. He joined Merchant Financial Group in 2004 as a Vice President, Account Executive and assisted in building the portfolio of the Los Angeles Office. William has worked in the factoring industry for forty years. His decades of experience have led to many close client relationships, as he understands their needs and advises them as they grow their businesses.

Before joining Merchant Factors, William worked as a Client Service Officer at CIT. At Congress Talcott Corporation, he was a Retail and Wholesale Credit Manager and Account Executive. Kernochan studied at the New York Institute of Credit.

William is a New York native but has called Southern California home for over 30 years, where he lives with his wife and family.
