Here's your shopping list for success: Syringe : A small 1 ml to 3 ml syringe works perfectly Two needles : A purple drawing needle (21G) to pull the B12 from its container, and a thinner blue (23G) or green (21G) needle for the actual injection B12 medication : This comes in either a glass ampoule or rubber-topped vial (remember, this requires a prescription!)
